LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge (Nintendo Game Boy Color, 2001)
In Box is out of stock!
|Pizza delivery boy Pepper needs to stop escaped convict Brickster from wreaking havoc all around LEGO Island in this handheld follow-up to 1997's hit PC game. The action is played from an overhead perspective as Pepper walks or rides his skateboard across three islands to meet with people, solve puzzles, and stop Brickster's robots from terrorizing the neighborhoods.
Pepper can use his special talents in throwing pizzas to fight the robots while trying to find Brickster's secret hideout. Collectable cards of LEGO characters are also hidden throughout the islands, and players can trade duplicates with a friend using the infrared sensor at the top of the Game Boy Color. LEGO Island 2 automatically saves progress with each new screen, but only one game can be saved at a time.
There is so much to do on LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge! With over 56 unique characters and multiple levels of play, you can explore, build, customize, race, and ultimately capture that destructive Brickster.
Activities in the game include riding skateboards, scubadiving, flying planes, and riding pterodactyls. The player must deliver pizzas to complete the first stage of the game, additionally, he or she can engage in non-compulsory activities, such as skateboarding at the skatepark and exploring the island. To complete a further stage of the game, the player must also help find the missing pieces from the Informaniac's Constructopedia, which have been scattered around the island by the Brickster. The player must also defeat the Dark Knight in a jousting tournament and dive underwater to retrieve bricks on Castle Island.
